To join as a cleaning vendor, go to the Vendor Sign Up page and fill out your business details, service categories, pricing, and availability. After verification, your cleaning services will appear on the marketplace, and customers can start booking you immediately.

Booking is easy! Simply browse through cleaning categories (home, office, laundry, etc.), choose your preferred cleaner or company, select a date and time, and confirm your booking. You can make secure payments directly through our platform.

We carefully verify all cleaning vendors before approval. In addition, each provider’s profile displays ratings, reviews, and service history from real customers, so you can make confident booking decisions.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings to update your personal details, change your password, adjust notifications, or manage payment options.

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a reset link to create a new password.

You can manage all your upcoming and past bookings from your dashboard. Reschedule, cancel, or review completed jobs easily. Vendors can also track assigned cleaning tasks and update job statuses in real time.

You can send a message or inquiry directly from the cleaner’s profile page before booking. Vendors will respond promptly to confirm details or answer specific cleaning-related questions.
